Project consisted of renovating the corridors & common areas of (3) floors within (1) Building. Work shall include removal and replacement of all ceiling tile and light fixtures, removal of wall paper, prepare and paint walls, removal and replacement of handrails and wall protection, removal and replacement of cove base and flooring. The Contractor shall be required to establish a dust control perimeter around the area under construction.
