Scope of work includes, but is not limited to abatement and removal and disposal of asbestos or other hazardous materials; demolition and removal of existing (7) Buildings # 4, 4T, 5, 7, 8, 48 and 49 and site improvements and features above and below ground; abandonment, removal and relocation of existing underground utilities; installation of new underground utilities, infrastructure, roadways, parking and pavement; earth and site work, including excavation, fill and disposal of surplus excavated earth or other material for construction of new campus utilities, parking, site improvements and other associated work such as lighting, pavement markings, signage, asbestos abatement for utilities or infrastructure tie-in connections, shoring and protection of existing construction.
